[sdiy] Keyboard repair for an ARP SOLUS

The keyboard contacts are dirty/oxidized and producing noise bursts  
(contact bouncing) when they make or break.
The portamento is a lowpass filter that removes the noise bursts  
after the keyboard circuit.
My guess is cleaning all the contacts with 91% isopropyl alcohol  
would improve or cure the noise problem.
