[sdiy] PAiA 9700 kits/Blacet

I haven't built any of Paul's kits yet (MOTM), so I cannot comment on MOTM
vs Blacet. I have built both Paia and Blacet, however. Blacet uses much
nicer parts and PCBs than Paia. Blacet's designs seem to be more
professional as well.

Paia is great because they "cut corners" to get a very cheap product that
many people can afford. Blacet takes more of a "pro level" approach to the
designs, which makes them a bit more expensive.

As far as manuals, both Blacet and Paia were very detailed and easy (for me)
to follow

Dave
