[sdiy] Another free goodie

I was cleaning out more studio crap this AM and found another unwanted relic--an original Roland MPU401 Midi Processing Unit--which I think was the first MIDI hardware Roland sold, at least in the US.

It has the PC/AT era ISA bus card (!!! Not PCI !!!) and the DB25 cable. No docs, and I have no idea if it works (no reason why it shouldn't).

This is another free-to-a-good home type deal. First one to email me gets it. Email me offline (synth at charlielamm.com)

To keep the postal issues/hassles minimal, US/Canada only please. Sorry Ken Stone and all the others....if I'm ever your way I will bring you something. I will pay the postage. If you're the "winner" and like what you get, send me some a couple of op amps or whatever's small that you don't need. Or, if you don't like it, don't send anything. I don't care. I just need more space and this old MIDI interface needs a good home.
