Yeah -- isn't it GREAT?

In an email to Kevin Lightener, I mentioned that this would be a perfect 
business, if it wasn't for the customers -- he thought that was funny (& I 
guess it is, in a way), but I was being serious;  but then, I'm just a 
crabby old fart....
