The antenna section they have seems to work pretty well (as far as the 
layout). I built just the pitch section so far. and I forgot bypass 
caps, wasn't even a problem. I just don't seem to trust the designs of 
students. This is due to all the crappy designs  I've seen (mine included).

I have it copied for now. I suppose I am just goint to try and merge the 
gates that are not using any feedback. I have no problem keeping the 
ones used as HF oscillators seperate. The circuit, when I built it, did 
not work very well. I changed some RC values so that it would give a 
0-8V CV over a 2foot to about 1inch hand distance.
