Not to UV, although they do say it will fade under heavy outdoor use and
sell a UV clearcoat for that purpose.  UV hardens the coating, the unexposed
portion gets washed off with water to finish the process.  I clearcoat the
panels with matte spray when I'm done to protect against just that.

Very very simular to the old 3M Dynamark system.  Yves Usson pointed me at
it.  Same company that does Metalphoto which does require tons of
chemicals.  I've got Dynamark panels that are 20+ years old that still look
fine.
