Oh you have one of those boards. Yes, the trigger input needs a small cap connected to the Gate input to produce the required pulse to fire the A/D sections. Should have thought of that one. A missing cap connection or failure of that cap would indeed cause the problems you had. And a lot cheaper than a new CEM3310 :-) Tony
