[sdiy] Cheap method for front panels

Blue peter was (is?) a kids program here when most of us (its been running
for years and years) were little.

The presenters were always showing the kids how to make stuff with 'sticky
backed plastic' (they couldnt just say 'selotape' ; ) and empty toilet
rolls, washing up bottles, etc.

ps.  i think i heard somewhere that they now have to encorage microwaving of
the toilet rolls before use, to sterlise them...  did many more people
*really* get ill and die such a short time ago, when we were not looked
after so well?
