[sdiy] Cheap method for front panels

I did come across Steve's website, but I haven't used him for anything 
yet.  I will probably try his service out at some point (instead of 
using Schaeffer which I have done in the past).  However I'd imagine it 
still costs a fair bit for a 2U 19" panel like the one I just made - and 
I wanted it orange and I'm pretty sure that Steve (or even Schaeffer) 
can't supply anodised panels in this colour.
