[sdiy] variable midi shuffle?

fair enough! one tempo would be fine. wait, could it be done by percentages 
of the current tempo? i guess it does seem conceptually simpler to base it 
on clock values. maybe i will try to see if i can build it in max/msp to 
begin with.
