 Ok, my turn, it has to be Robert Schroeder, one of the most underated 
electronic musicians in the world.
For his BEST work, check out 'computer voice' and 'paradise', great use of 
synths and guitars and some stunning production. He is still making music, 
though no album has been released for a while (I had a few emails with him a 
while back).
  when I get time, I want to start a 'robert shcroeder' page with info, 
pictures and extracts of his music.
