Adding more EGs and/or LFOs wouldn't be a big problem. They are all
calculated in the main loop.

The best way would be to build a completely new (microcontroller-based)
synthesizer. A double or triple DCO (saw/square outputs) and a number of
trigger/CV outputs for controlling some analog modules.
