Most of the times LM317/337 will do the job. Take a look at the data
sheet for complete schematic.
If you like to overdo the powersupply, take a look:

I was already flamed here because of high overdo factor, so please save
me this time.
Anyway, whatever you choose, in precision power supply design it's
more important how you lead the traces than what design is used.
There's always 1mV here 2mV there and all precision goes down the toilet.
