[sdiy] OT: grammar, spelling and communication

It is the misuse of "your" in place of "you're" that so infuriates me.

ha ha! you've hit on one of my pet subjects.. just like ic's, decent
spelling skills seem to have gone out of the window.. you won't believe
how many press releases i see with the stupidest spelling mistakes in
it.. from major companies and labels, in their native languages. not
typing errors, but pure spelling/ grammar.. i don't mind if some guy
runs a small label and does everything himself and is not the world's
best speller, but if big labels can't even bother, i find it hard to
take them seriously.. the only thing i sin against in mail is the
capitals, but that's because i'm too lazy to hit the shift key every
time..;-)
