I've been debating ordering some Q81s from Vishay/Ultronix. They bought
TelLabs and as of about a month ago when I talked to Ultronix engineering they
could make parts just like the Q81. That part number was dropped about 4
years ago so it wont say Q81 on it though.
If someone wants to talk to them, look on Vishay's website until you find
the number for the Ultronix division and speak to an engineer there.
