Oh thats easy... "tempcos-r-us"  :^P

Just kidding...

If you want quantities (like 100pcs) the manufacturers
are

RCD Components
KRL-Bantry (iirc)
Micro-Ohm
Vishay-Ultronix

(maybe others)

RCD and KRL make traditional wirewound types. Vishay
and Micro-ohm make a number of different types.

Micro-ohm makes a metal film that is fairly
inexpensive. 

To buy singles... I think that www.synthtech.com
(home of MOTM) sells them individually... and I think
EFM (ele4music.com) has them as well.
