[sdiy] Future SYNTH-DIY/breadboard

I have to agree with Tony. I've been into SMT since 2001 and I find
more and more of my one-off projects going that route simply because it is
easier to build. I did procrastinate for some time before 2001, mostly
because of the learning curve in doing board layout, but I've long since
gotten used to it.

The only remaining stumbling block for many is the cost of re-tooling
their workbench for SMT. Right now, it is not as cheap for the ideal
tools as for TH, but those prices will drop as more and more folks turn to
SMT-DIY.
