[sdiy] eBay deal on Extech 22-816 multimeters

Just mentioning this in case anyone's looking for a cheap meter:

Radio shack's top of the line multimeter is the Extech 22-816. I
nearly paid $89 for it there, but luckily I checked eBay first.
Several sellers are clearing brand new units out for $20-40. I got
mine for $19.99 plus $10 shipping.

It's a decent meter and includes diode measurement, frequency, and
capacitance up to 200 uF. Probably not as good as a $400 Fluke, but
you can't beat the price. I have a feeling Radio Shack's going to be
discontinuing these so don't pay their $89.

My seller was "shopbargains101", who seems to list one of these every
day or two, but a couple of other sellers have listed them recently
