Actually the issue here is "amount" of "any" substance, to much iro
you will rust, to much lead you butt will drag on to the floor,
to much water you will drown, to much copper you will start conduct
tunder flashes, to much of a 1khz sine wave you will get tinnitus! etc etc,
See,well i joked it up a bit but the essence is there to much
of anything and you will get deseases, damages to systems of
your body!
You now what smoking and boosing does to lungs and liver!
The body needs minerals , copper, aluminium, manganese, iron,
etc but in the right amount.
