This looks good, if a little cramped. I'd move the MIDI In to the rear panel
and replace it with the (recently announced) MIDI channel selector. I'd also
add a MIDI Thru port to keep it compatible with the rest of the gear.

I want to use bigger switches and knobs to keep the AVR's appearance in line
with the other Infection Music kit.
