[sdiy] Balanced <-> Unbalanced Lines Ckt.

In case anyone's interested, I found the following PDF on the web with
schematics, etc. for a circuit for converting balanced to unbalanced
lines and vice versa.  It only uses a handful of obtainable
components... a few substitutions such as the THAT "drop in"
replacements for the SSM214x chips, would be a simple mod.
