Probably the closest off the shelf sound-wise will be the Moog Etherwave 
however if you want CV out, that gets expensive.

The PAIA Theramax sound isnt quite right, there are some tweaks to make it
much closer however, and the price is very good.  If CV out is important,
ask them about the mod board that bumps the CV voltages up a bit.  Oh, its
fairly inexpensive too...

Note that most of the cheap theramin kits are Pitch Only, which is mostly
useless.  Also note that playing a theramin is *HARD*, and stay away from
Harry or he'll quantize the damn thing ( Leon is spinning in his grave with
the mere mention of that! ).
