I'm the same tring to find a good kit with that 'classic' sound....also
I'm looking for one with cv\gate outputs, that would have to be fun with
other gear. Any suggestions?

Having never built a theremin, and being interested in doing so, I'm
wondering if there's any particular type of theremin circuitry that is
best for producing the type of theremin music that one heard on the CBS
Radio Mystery Theatre in the 1970's. That was always great fun to
listen to on WFBR in the evenings. :-)
Samples from some of the theremins that I've heard have sounded quite
different. Perhaps just a result of how they were played?
