Serge didn't use it. If he had tried it he would have immediately abandoned
it. Serge VCAs do not use the LM13600 at all. LM3080, LM3280 and the 4
transistor amp as suggested in the LM394 notes (some say dbx design) were
what he used.

Yes he did. it's in the Serge section of my web site.

No circuit diagram was ever given by Serge - just a "contemplation".
