[sdiy] Serge VCA, was LT1228 / 13700 for VCA

I noticed that on his reviews, the Serge recommended VCA got extremely poor
marks.  Does anyone know if this is the design that is actually used in the
Serge modulars or just one that was proposed and printed in Electronotes by
Serge? Thanks!
