You notice that "military and national security" are exempt...

so this will not affect the export of "depleted uranium" especially
via "air-mail"

That said... what say we use "Close Encounters of the Third Kind" to
promote a scenario where synthesizers are essential to national
(viz. planetary) security ???

Make synths not war ???   :^P

Personally I think that ROHS is so much bullshit, it will only hurt the
small manufacturer and the large ones will continue to pollute without
any restriction (because they can BUY politicians :^).

How many ProOne have you seen in a landfill lately... vs how many
"cell phones"    Musical instruments are not (until now) designed to be
ditched at will.

(imho, cell phones and depleted uranium are about equal in social cost :^)
