[sdiy] Switchcraft 41 and 42a

Unlike the Switchcraft 1/4" jacks (which are industry standard) the 
Switchcraft 3.5mm jacks are unpopular. They failed frequently in the 
ARP 2600. Your much better off with a modern 3.5mm design like the 
Kobicon 16PJ135. These use an actual spring for contact pressure, 
rather than just a bent piece of metal.

The Switchcraft price is high because they are unpopular. The Kobicon 
price is low, because they sell tons of these well designed connectors.
