[sdiy] Evenfall Mini Modular assembly instructions?

For those who are unaware, the Evenfall Mini Modular was a
single-board modular available briefly as a kit in 2000, then it was
sold as a complete unit for a while, and now as far as I'm aware it's
not sold at all, the www.minimodular.com domain is now owned by
spammers.

Anyway, I was one of the lucky few who heard about it on synth-DIY and
bought a MM partial kit back in 2000, but never had a chance to build
it. Now I'd like to finish it, so I dug through my basement and found
the circuit board, case, front panel, and a Mouser box containing a
big pile of parts I ordered for it. The only thing I don't have is the
instructions...

I know there are a few people out there who successfully built one of
these. If anyone still happens to have the assembly instructions and
parts list, I'd gladly pay for a xerox or fax copy of it. I've tried
to reach Chris Macdonald of Evenfall, but no response yet.
