Hmm.  I can't find the link but that's not the diagram I downloaded way 
back when.  It's sideways and a reversed .gif image (ie. black 
background).  And no values were given on resistors.  Can't recall where 
I downloaded it..got it on a google search for delta a long time ago.  
Looks like a nice project though and yes I can hear how some 
similarities in the responses.  -Bob
