A quick check of Rochester's inventory shows:
MFR Part QTY
Harris	CA3280AE	1379
Harris	CA3280AF3	934
Harris	CA3280AF3S	356
Harris	CA3280E	53
Harris	CA3280F3	11640 (!!)
Harris	CD3280F3	4898

Harris	CA3080 4025 (TO-5 can)
Harris	CA3080A	3333 (TO-5 can)
Harris	CA3080ER2620 151
Harris	CA3080EX	3140
Harris	CA3080R2620	12500 (!!)
Harris CA3080S	747 (TO-5)
Harris	CD3080R2620	2900

Oh... Kay...
Assuming that these goofy part numbers are still usable 3080s and 3280s
(military part #s?), then it looks like a TON of these parts are available.
I mean, there are over TEN THOUSAND of each. That's enough for me to build
my 100x100 voltage controlled mixing matrix!! (KIDDING!)

But seriously folks, this looks like a resource worth checking into. I'll
get in touch with them just to see what sort of prices and quantities they
want, but before I do, does anybody have a little more info on those odd
part numbers?

And no, I didn't see any CEM chips listed in their inventory. :(
