[sdiy] Tube amp cap discharge tool?

Tom...I said to use a crappy screwdriver.  There are two reasons.  1) it 
dont' matter  2)they make poorer connections and create a FASTER PLASMA 
INTERFACE in general :-)  So can we drop it now? -Bob
