[sdiy] Digisound Waveform Multiplier

YAY! Quad Digisound Waveform Multiplier just finished and calibrated!
Only taken me about 6 years!

1 Problem, no output at 1 comparator and the whole module has to come 
apart to check soldering/components! - DOH!
Still no one will notice.

Sounds pretty BIG!
When I have finished my Oakley PolyDAC -> 4 Oakley Oscs -> QWM -> Big 
chords!!!!!
