         NO...the OTA section of the 13700/13600/NE5517 are the same...

         The CA3280 is different from all of those

         If the circuit used the features that are in the CA3280....you 
cannot make the sub..easily...the reverse is true as well.  I use both 
parts...each has unique characteristics that can be exploited to accomplish 
certain ends.
