Here are a couple of crude tools I made for converting 256 setp wavetables
to 64 and 128 step. Be aware that they are DOS, and UNSUPPORTED/use at own
risk things. The 128 output format is the odd 128 format as used by my CGS
wavetable (the extra bit is effectively added below A0, so is out of
sequence). They will work with the output of Grant's generator software.
