[sdiy] Tube amp cap discharge tool?

Turn off the amp with the standby switch in play mode. Unplug the amp.  
Connect a jumper wire from a preamp tube plate to chassis ground, and wait a 
minute. then connect the jumper from a power tube plate to ground.  That should do 
it.  Much safer than the screwdriver across the capacitor trick.
