[sdiy] Juno 60 repairs

 So my Juno is starting to have memory problems (it does not hold memory
after being turned off) and has a new battery.  Should I replace the
uPD444C-1 memory chip?  Chipforbrains has them with TA7179 regulators as a
bundle so should I replace both if I am going to open it up?
