If the CA3096's are going to be going into a new design...you can use a
THAT340 transistor array (2 NPN/2PNP)....but it is not pin compatible and
is short one NPN transistor vs the CA3096... I use the THAT transistor
arrays in places I used to use the CA3096 in many years ago...
