Available direct from Davies. Price and minimum varies depending on who you
talk to at Davies. They really dont want to hear from anyone with less then
a 10k quantity and I've never gotten them below $1 even at 10k. Oh, and the
quality of the indicator line has in fact gotten Worse...

Taiwan Knobs. I have the quote, its steep up front of course and has
probably gotten worse because of the exchange rate, but they're an option.

Zender Molding. They are who I'm currently working with. Located in Ohio.
Waiting for the quote on Setup/machining charge. They'll do smaller runs
then Taiwan knobs, plus they're a small family run business. I'm very
hopefully I'll work something out with them and get a run of 1900H clones
done. They will be slightly different then original as the indicator will
be molded in and painted unstead of carved by angry midget beavers like the
original, but I think this is a good thing.

In case anyone feels bad for trying to bypass Davies on this knob. They do
NOT want to make it. They hate the knob and wish it would go away. The
usual reaction talking on the phone is "Oh, that damn thing?". I bet if
they manage to go a year without an order, they'll trash the machine and no
longer offer the thing.

I've only been slowly working on this for like 2 years now??
*sigh*
