[sdiy] Module format

Hi
I think the simm module connectors are still available, check
on the dontronics website for sources.
Really I don't think you would need them, I think they are
overkill, just to complicated. If you fabricate the modules
like the simm-stick modules one can just use .100 pitch
pins.
