[sdiy] MaxiKorg problem / service manual?

Hi, my MaxiKorg has a problem where about 5 to 10 seconds after turning
it on the LPF on the Upper synth goes into self-oscillation... Any
ideas on what might cause this? Also, does anyone have the
MaxiKorg/800DV service manual or know where I can find it on-line?
