Most likely you need a transformer with 15V-0V-15V output (you are 
unlikely to find a wall-wart like this, but you will find that most 
normal, uncased transformers have this kind of double tap connection)

But I'm just guessing here .. perhaps someone with actual knowledge of 
the Siel EX80 can confirm what it needs.
