[sdiy] Siel EX80 Power supply

Hi,

I've just acquired a Siel Expander 80 without a power supply.  The cable has
been chopped off leaving three exposed wired (brown, blue and green/yellow).
I know these aren't to be connected to the mains and a transformer of some
sort is needed.  This page has pictures of the Siel factory one:

Would a 15V Maplin UK AC wall-wart be a suitable replacement?  They only
seem to have two connections though for the power and no ground connection -
can I get away without it?  Failing that, has anyone got any suggestions for
a suitable PSU I could buy or make?
