Try Digikey #LM709CH-ND or #LM709H-ND.  As of today, they appear to have 
a good deal of stock on both.

As always, Mouser may have almost everything you need, but Digikey or 
Allied will always carry a few things that Mouser does not - always try 
searching a few places before giving up...
