[sdiy] Keyboard project completed

I've finished up my Kurzweil keyboard conversion.  This was a set of all 
the electronics for a Mark 3 piano that I bought.  I modified the 
controller board to output MIDI on channel 0 and built a desktop cabinet 
for it.  Now I've got a master controller for my modular.
