I just tried a 100k pot on the + output wire, it affected the play
quite a bit. I don't know why, but sound would die after about five
seconds. Really made the unit far less musical. Then I tried a 10k pot,
and the sound did not die off so abruptly, but was still far less
interactive. I quadruple checked by doing the same gestures with the
output run directly and through the pot.

Lastly, I tried the 10k pot on the - output wire instead, and it works
great! Quieter, but the unit retains its bleepy character. I like it!

Still need to figure out what I am doing about an output jack...
