Phase reversal.  Some opamps (esp. some Linear Tech)
say right on the data sheet "no phase reversal"

I had this with OP-07 (no phase reversal) and OP-77
(phase reversal). Imagine what this did to a
temperature control servo loop. "oops I'm to hot I
better turn the heat up EVEN MORE !!!"   :^P

I have never seen the 4558 phase reverse. I'll be
watching for that.
