I would guess that the difference is likely to be in the package material, and 
it may not even be different if those parts are from two different 
manufacturers.

It's what they had on hand?  Are they the same mfr.?

The 5532 and 5534 were low-noise parts as I understand it.

The 3140 is a 3130 (all-CMOS part) with a bipolar output added.  Are they hard 
to find or something?

Pretty many.  I've used 1558, 4558, and 5558 for those,  no noticeable 
difference.  Nothing critical there...

These seem to be pretty standard and common parts,  with the exception of the 
3140,  which I've used in a few projects.
