[sdiy] CEM5530 multiplexor needed

Hi all,

A friend of mine needs CEM5530 to do a repair. It is a multiplexor.
I can't find it on the usual places.
Can anybody help please? Paul?
He says that it's possible that someone made a PCB to use some other 
parts to build a "5530-equivalent board" or so...
