What a wussy letter.

Give me the links that he objects to.
I'll put them on my site.

This letter has no teeth.
He's even admitted that the site is not infringing and wants you to 
contact the client directly.
Sounds like Joe asked his lawyer to write a letter, but is not 
retained in any capacity.
I'd call his bluff. I doubt he'd sue or could even prove damages.
