If you can find the roms, I can burn them for you either 2708's or 2716s.
Its fairly easy, if there is enough clearance over the board, to make 2716
adapters to fit 2708 sockets with no board modifications. Its basically
lifting 2 leads, grounding one and aplying +5 to the other, which can be
done with a single machinepin socket and a dremel tool...
